Our Ambassadors

James Thie

James Thie

During his 25 year athletics career, James has represented Great Britain multiple times and has made major championship finals in the 1500m at World and European level.

Although he is still competing (he is the 2014 World Masters Indoor champion in the 800m, 1500m and 3000m) he has since turned his main focus to coaching. Since his first athlete in 2007, James now coaches over 30 athletes in distances ranging from the 400m up to Marathon.

Former International 800m athlete and musician, Jimmy now reviews albums as he runs, and founded Running Punks - an online running community described as 'a tribe of unique, incredible and awesome individuals with a punk mentality and a thirst for life and self-improvement.'
